Returns & Exchanges

At ITADAKI, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective coverings are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
